This doesnt apply to 69% of the guild, since you bloody germans love to work anyway and would hate wasting time on something as ineffective as rampaging at the forums.
Me on the other hand, nightwatch with waaay too much paid-to-surf time, I become the Ceasar of the forum when I got work weeks... when I'm not browsing every topic at the archeage reddit or watching Vexxer show off his shiny memes in the offical forums...
So basicly, this is a work-talk-thread, what kind of wierd/stupid shit happened at your work?
Maybe you are a student and saw something wierder-than-average-student-wierd at the university today?
Personally, I hate this time as we get closer to christmas.... because all the companies in town are having their "pre-christmas-company-parties". In norwegian called "Julebord", dont know if there is a word for it in english.
Middleaged people that cant drink for shit, either because they drink twice a year or because they feel they gotta catch up with what they didnt drink in their youth. same result, they get dead drunk, beyond ability to move or speak... favorite kind of customer. Also drunk ladies tend to have a thing for guys with beard, I've heard the "sure you dont want to warm my bed for me" and such lines way to many times. Luckily they are usually a bit too old for my taste, so I've not been tempted yet :P
Pro tip for everyone: make an effort to be polite and nice to people in the service industry, you'd be amazed how much we can bend the rules if it's a nice person. Can also bend them the other way if you are an asshole...
The spitting in food rumor isnt true for any resturant that has a reputation to take care of, but if it's a random no-name resturant, beware.
